Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 20, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WildFares (the "Service") — including the website at wildfares.com and the WildFares iOS and Android mobile applications — you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

WildFares is a third-party search tool designed to help users find flight availability on Frontier Airlines, including standard, Discount Den, and GoWild! Pass fares. We are not an airline, travel agent, or flight provider. We do not sell tickets or handle bookings directly — all bookings are completed on the airline’s own website.

3. Disclaimer of Affiliation

WildFares is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Frontier Airlines, Inc. or the GoWild! Pass program. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. Use of these names, logos, and brands does not imply endorsement.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of flight data, pricing, or availability. Flight schedules and prices are subject to change by the airline at any time without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WildFares, its operators, developers, or affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if WildFares has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

We are not responsible for any costs, losses, or inconveniences incurred due to:

  • Inaccurate flight information or pricing.
  • Missed flights or connections.
  • Changes in airline policies or flight schedules.
  • Booking errors made on third-party websites.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You agree not to attempt to scrape, data mine, or reverse engineer the Service without express permission.

7. Links to Third-Party Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites (such as airline booking pages). These links are provided for your convenience. We have no control over the contents of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

8. Subscription Tiers

WildFares offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Free ($0/month) — web only; up to 4 searches per day; 1 saved alert. Free tier accounts cannot use the mobile app.
  • Supporter (Web) ($4/month) — full website access, plus mobile app access; 30 live searches per day; up to 15 fare alerts with push and email notifications.
  • Supporter (iOS) ($6/month after a 3-day free trial for new subscribers) — same features as the web Supporter plan. The higher in-app price reflects fees imposed by the Apple App Store. New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial; cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

Daily search allowances reset at midnight in the user’s departure-airport timezone. Alert quotas are persistent and reset only when an alert is deleted.

9. Billing & Renewal

Web subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. They automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account Settings page on wildfares.com or via the Stripe Customer Portal.

iOS in-app subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. They automatically renew at $6/month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. To manage or cancel an in-app subscription, open iOS Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → WildFares. We cannot cancel an Apple-billed subscription on your behalf.

Free-trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is offered only to new subscribers; users who have previously subscribed to or trialed WildFares on the App Store may not qualify.

10. No Refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable, including for periods of service downtime. When you cancel a subscription, you retain access to your paid tier until the end of your current billing period. Refund requests for in-app subscriptions purchased through Apple must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

11. Service Downtime Policy

If the Service experiences downtime on more than 50% of the days in any calendar month (i.e., 15 or more days in a 30-day month), affected subscribers may email help@wildfares.com to request a free extension month added to their subscription (assuming the service comes back online).

This remedy is not available if the project is permanently discontinued. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including for extended downtime or project discontinuation.

12. Service Discontinuation

If WildFares permanently ceases operations, no refund will be provided for any remaining subscription time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide 30 days notice to subscribers before discontinuing the Service.

13. Mobile Application Use

The WildFares mobile app requires an active Supporter subscription. Guest mode is available for browsing the interface but live flight searches and price alerts are not accessible without an active subscription. The mobile app may request permission to access your device’s location (to suggest the nearest departure airport) and to send push notifications (for fare alerts). Both permissions are optional and can be revoked at any time in your device’s system Settings.

14. Tier Changes

WildFares reserves the right to modify tier limits (such as daily search counts and alert limits) and pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers. Free tier limits may change without notice.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
